The
term ‘Mail Afloat’ means the mail forwarding business operated by
Mrs T Johnson, at PO Box 4937, Walsall, WS6 9AF. The term 'Clients' refers to customers
subscribing to the 'Mail Afloat' mail forwarding service described within
this website at www.mail-afloat.co.uk.

The
'Mail Afloat' mail forwarding business will be conducted by 'Mail Afloat'
in accordance with the description of that service, as detailed within
this website at www.mail-afloat.co.uk.

'Mail
Afloat'
will only initiate it's service to 'Clients' on receipt of a properly
completed and signed application form. Where such service is provided to
more than one person (eg husband and wife), each of the persons agree to
additionally sign the application form, to indicate that they
additionally agree to be bound by the conditions specified herein.

'Clients'
of 'Mail Afloat' agree to make payments in accordance with the
description of their selected service. It is understood that
service will not commence until after relevant cleared payments have
been received.

'Clients'
of 'Mail Afloat' agree not to divulge to any third party any details of
the 'security questions and answers' or other codes used within the
'Mail Afloat' system described in this website.

Whilst
'Mail Afloat' undertakes to take all reasonable care in the provision of
the 'Mail Afloat' service, 'Mail Afloat' will not otherwise be held liable
for any loss or damage to the mail or property of it's 'clients'.

It
is the responsibility of 'Clients' to ensure that any temporary address
that they specify is both accurate and appropriate. In particular
'Clients' agree to ensure that the correct post codes are provided.

In
the event of any allegation of a crime or offence, it is agreed that
'Mail Afloat' may fully cooperate with any legal request made by
the police or other such official body.

If
it becomes apparent to 'Mail Afloat' that any person has used the
'Mail Afloat' address in connection with any unlawful activity, service
will be ceased forthwith without any refund of any monies paid.

'Clients'
agree to uphold the good name and status of the 'Mail Afloat'
address. If it becomes apparent to 'Mail Afloat' that any person
has used the 'Mail Afloat' address in connection with any loan, or other debt,
whereby there is a subsequent failure to make all due payments against
such loan or debt, 'Mail Afloat' service will be ceased forthwith
without any refund of any monies paid. Furthermore, in such a
case, 'Mail Afloat' will be entitled to make it clear to any lawful
creditor or relevant credit reference agency that the 'Mail Afloat'
address had been authorised merely for the purposes of mail forwarding -
and that the offending debtor client had subsequently been disqualified
from using the 'Mail Afloat' address.

'Clients'
agree that the 'Mail Afloat' address may only be used for private
domestic address purposes and may not routinely be used by 'Clients' for
any business purposes. Where a 'Client' wishes to use the address
for any form of business purpose, it must be declared to 'Mail Afloat'
who may sanction the business use, subject to renegotiation of
contract.

'Mail Afloat'
reserve the right to refuse an application to provide service to a
prospective 'Client' without further
explanation.
